The Whole30 program works and is life-changing! It's a little complicated at first so this book is absolutely necessary to get started. You will not regret taking the time to focus on your body and the foods you put in it. It's challenging, but I love the way I feel after completing a Whole30 and I haven't found anything else that compares.

Without a doubt this is THE book to read on food, diet, nutrition, etc. The book has science behind it, while being targeted to your everyday person who doesn't have a degree in nutritional science. The authors make great analogies to help explain their rational behind their food choices and Good Food Standards, and if that wasn't enough, there are great recipes included as well.
